What can Sora Exporter do for me?

Sora Exporter is a browser extension designed specifically for OpenAI's Sora platform. It allows users to download images, videos, and extract detailed metadata from sora.chatgpt.com.

How do I download images from Sora?

• Visit sora.chatgpt.com and navigate to the page containing your desired content
• Click the "Export" button at the top right of the media list
• Choose between downloading media files or exporting metadata
• For media downloads, optionally set a custom folder name and click "Start Download."
• For metadata, click "Start Download" to gather information, then click the "Download" button to save your preferred format (CSV/JSON/Excel)

To configure export preferences, such as CSV, JSON, or Excel, click the extension icon and then the gear icon for additional settings.

Where are my downloaded images saved?

You can input a folder name before you save images. We'll create a new folder under your "Download" folder with your specified name during the download process. All images/videos will be saved in this folder. If you don't specify a name, our system will generate a folder automatically.

How do I set the default download location on Chrome browser?

To set the default download location in Chrome, follow these steps:

• Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots (menu) in the top-right corner of the browser window.
• From the dropdown, select “Settings.”
• In the settings window, scroll down and click on “Advanced” to expand the options.
• Under the “Downloads” section, you’ll see the option “Location.”
• Click “Change” next to the default download location and select the folder where you want downloads to be saved.
• If you want Chrome to prompt you every time where to save a file, toggle “Ask where to save each file before downloading” to ON.

Does this extension access or store my data?

No. Sora Exporter is designed with privacy as a priority. All data processing occurs locally on your device, and no information is transmitted to external servers. Your images remain completely private and secure.

What is the difference between a Free account and a Pro account?

The free edition provides batch downloads of up to 10 videos or images, single image downloads, and standard assistance. In contrast, the professional edition offers batch downloads of as many as 5,000 videos or images, individual image and video downloads, and priority support.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. Click the PRO button in the extension popup window, then click 'Manage Subscription' to update your payment information or cancel the subscription.
